REIKI
I have been helping others to heal using Reiki since 1994. Originally from Warrnambool, Victoria, Australia I completed my first level of Reiki at a local Reiki centre, (Life resource Reiki Centre) just on the outskirts. It was right near the sea and surfers often went to the site as there was access to the beach behind the centre. It was a truly beautiful place to begin my Reiki journey with wonderful souls to guide me. I practiced mainly on friends and family and completed my second level in Warrnambool through my friend who is a Reiki Master. Since the beginning Reiki has really helped me balance out my inner and outer self into a better more balanced person. As will many things it takes time, but with the experiences I've had, the wonders I have seen and positive changes I've seen in people has proven to me I'm on the right track. In 2015 I came across a wonderful soul via the internet, he is a Reiki Master and over 12 months he taught me many important methods of Reiki and related healing techniques and eventually how to teach Reiki to others. It was an enriching and valuable period of my journey learning about how energy worked, how the Universe worked and how I worked within myself and how the outer world was affecting me.

MASSAGE
Along with Reiki I have also studied Massage where I wanted to help with the physical wellbeing of others. I completed my Certificate IV in Health Massage in 2001. I studied with the Australian College of massage and Natural Therapies over 12 months where I was taught a range of modalities which included Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports Massage, Oriental Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Since then I've given thousands of massages and look forward to doing many more.
MAGICK AND INTENTION
Around the same time as I began learning massage I became interested in witchcraft and magic so I started learning as much as I could. I wasn't from a religious family but the general consensus in society was that 'witchcraft' was evil or on the dark side, but then I read a book written by a Melbourne witch Fiona Horne, read a few more books, started talking to living witches and realised, "Hey we've been lied to all this time", mostly by you know who, and that witches were once the doctors of societies of towns and villages before 'Doctors' came along and were basically the opposite of evil and much like Indigenous people revered Mother Earth and all its wonders celebrating and being grateful for all she, (Mother Earth) provides us with. I learned many different aspects of this Nature practice, (it can be considered a Religion by some, but I see it more as an individual pathway, so i am not aligned to any particular religion, spiritual philosophy or cult). I see witchcraft as a complementary aspect to my Reiki practice where I can draw on both when necessary. It too has made a big difference to my life's journey and has helped me gain wisdom. recognise my own energy and divinity and taught me to live for today, that anything is possible and we can make the impossible possible because we are all energy, everything around us is energy and energy can be transformed into anything we wish it to. The Universe is like that scene in Rhonda Byrne's 'The Secret' (in documentaries and books), with the genie saying, "Your wish is my command" and it's true. With this in mind the possibilities go into a whole new quantum level of manifesting whatever you want. The sky is not the limit anymore because the Universe has no limits.
Through all three of these practices my main aim is to, 'Be Kind' to my fellow beings including animals and all of Mother Earth and nature and share with those who want me to share with them.
Hence the name of my practice, 'Be Kind Reiki and Massage'
Our Story
In 2018 I moved to Melbourne with my wife and daughter and was working as a cleaner, (I am also a career artist, which is a whole story in itself), then later in 2022 I had strained a few muscles in my shoulder and found Anthony Hoang who was and still is managing Sunshine Primary Health, Sunshine. He is also a great Physiotherapist and while treating me he was interested in my mention of Reiki. He offered me a space at Sunshine Primary health where we are now working on developing it more as a place for holistic healing and wellbeing, aiming to help others to improve their inner selves as well as their physical selves. Last year I found another beautiful soul Casey Cheah, (Melbourne Reiki and Wellness), who is officially a Reiki Master, (in that she obtained her training in person) and while I am so grateful for my Reiki Master Training from my first Master's mentor I yearned to complete being a Reiki Master in the physical presence of a great Reiki Master. So here I am a genuine Reiki master. I'm currently completing my Reiki Mastership, (Reiki Level 3b) with Casey and will soon be able to officially share and teach others the great amazing energy and ways of Reiki.
